WE WILL ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT
Returns/exchanges will only be approved for the following reasons:
1. The wrong item was sent by Poshfitz Couture.
2. The wrong color was sent by Poshfitz Couture.
3. The wrong size was sent by Poshfitz Couture.
Returns for store credit must meet these requirements below:
1. Item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
2. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
3. Items must have all tags and be in it’s original packaging.
At Poshfitz Couture, every item is carefully inspected before shipping, damaged merchandise is highly unlikely. Returned items will be reviewed for any signs of wear or use. If the item is not in it’s original unworn condition, store credit will not be issued.
